I’m a Human Resources (HR) specialist with over 2 years of experience, actively building better workplaces through employee engagement, training & development, focused recruitment, organizational development, and HR Operations.

In my previous role, I’ve worked with both fast-moving startups and Fortune 500 giants—leading end-to-end recruitment, conducting 500+ interviews, and learning how to find the right people faster and smarter. Along the way, I’ve fine-tuned sourcing strategies, improved placement rates, and helped build reliable teams.
